Leader is not about sitting on top and barking orders. That is easy. Anybody can scream. Real leader, he is not afraid to step down from pedestal, to stand with his people, to lift them up.
When you are leader, you don’t try to do everything yourself. You delegate. You give responsibility, and you give trust. You see strength in people and you let them use it. Because one man cannot build empire alone. But with strong team, with people who believe, you can move mountains.
Leadership is not about control. It is about trust. It is about respect. It is about making people around you stronger than they were yesterday.
Real leader does not need crown, does not need title. He leads by example, by discipline, by action.
Remember, success is not “I did it.” Success is “We did it.”
